Horizon Health Choices Ltd is a private provider company owned by the 26 GPs who make up the North Bedfordshire PBC group, allowing them to use their insights into the care of their patients to bring about innovative service provision. Each practice has a representative on the company’s board of directors. We also have a six-strong Executive Team and a total staff of about 40 including the clinicians providing services

We endeavour to deliver high quality patient services with short waiting times, with appointments available in the evening or at the weekend as well as during the working week. We are innovative in our approach by empowering clinicians to lead the services they provide.
