Refund Policy

Standard Conditions of Sale and Return

You have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund prior to goods being despatched. If the goods have been despatched you have the right to return them within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. Note: Due to the nature of the products (face masks, gloves etc.) being worn and used we cannot take returns as products cannot be resold with risk of contamination.

The cost of delivery, packaging and insurance to return the goods will be borne by you and the goods must be received by us in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

The cost of delivering the goods will be deducted from any refund. There may also be a variable re-stocking charge.

If the goods are not received back in perfect condition and in their original packaging, Horizon Health reserve the right not to accept the goods at our warehouse and/or not to issue a refund or credit. Any costs to re-deliver the goods will incur a further delivery charge which will be payable in advance by the customer.

All order cancellations or returns must be notified to us by email only. If you wish to cancel or return goods please email our sales support using orders@horizonhealth.com in all communications you must quote our delivery note and/or invoice reference in order for us to identify you and the products to be cancelled or returned.
